Is God calling you to pray in front of an abortion facility?
For some of us it can be a daunting invitation at first, but know you are not alone. Be not afraid! You may have questions such as:
- Where are the local abortion facilities?
- What time should I go? Where do I park?
- Will there be someone there to help me?
- What if an abortion-minded woman asks me for help?

The locations of abortion clinics and their hours of operation are on the locations page. Pick the abortion clinic that is most convenient for you. Information about parking can be found there as well.
One of the main purposes of this website is to let people who want to pray in front of an abortion center know when someone else will be there. The schedule is set up in half hour intervals. You will be able to see if someone else has signed up. However, due to privacy concerns you will not be able to see their name.
There are two typical ways to witness in front of an abortion facility. The first is as a Prayer Warrior. These people pray quietly in whatever manner is most comfortable and often hold signs that passersby or women entering the facility can see. The second role is Sidewalk Counselor. These people have undergone special training to enable them to effectively engage with the people going into the abortion center. Many Sidewalk Counselors started out as Prayer Warriors then transitioned to try to speak with abortion-minded clients. There is sidewalk training available.
On the resources page there is information on training and handouts that you can download with information on the local pregnancy centers. Their phone numbers and hours of operation are on the hand-out. It is good to familiarize yourself with the closest pregnancy help center to your location. The best thing you can do is get an abortion minded woman to talk to the people there. They can provide financial, moral and medical support. If you have the time, it is good to visit the local pregnancy center, so you are familiar with their location and services. They are very happy to talk to prayer warriors and sidewalk counselors.
